具体介绍新桥矿业公司选矿工艺的改进及其效果。将流程改为一粗二精二扫流程 ,虽然原矿铜品位由 3%以上降至 1%以下 ,但精矿铜品位保持不变。石灰由块状人工加料改为粉状乳化进料 ,稳定浮选条件和指标。矿石泥化迫使脱水工艺结构改进 ,铜精矿水分由 16%降到 13 5 %以下 ,硫精矿水分降到 12 %以下。随着原矿铜品位由高到低及金银含量的变化 ,由硫氮丙腈酯改为丁胺黑药和松醇油 ,最后采用以Y89为主的组合药剂。
