摘要
对挤压铸造模段模件热裂纹进行了初步探讨 ,试验结果表明 ,挤压铸造锻模件形成的热裂纹 ,物理冶金因素起次要作用 ,力学、机械等因素是热裂纹形成与扩展的主要原因 ;锻模件大多数热裂纹出现在产品的最后凝固区域 ,裂纹附近处组织柱状晶区较短 ,而远离裂纹处的柱状晶区较长 ;
In this paper,the hot crack for the forging die made by squeeze casting has been studied.The results show that the metallurgy has the minor effect on the formation of hot crack,and the dynamics and mechanism are the great factors to the information and expansion of hot crack.The most hot crack appear in the ultimate solidfication area of the product.The columnar crystal are shorter nearby the hot cract,but longr away from it.A fow of measurements to reduce the hot crack are put forward also.
