摘要
本文对感应电炉熔炼条件下 ,原材料的选择 ,化学成发的确定 ,球化及孕育处理工艺进行了分析。确定了利用大量废钢生产合成铸态QT45 0 - 10球墨铸铁的工艺。
In this paper,the selection of raw materials,the define of chemic ingredient and the process of nodularization and inoculation were analyzed under the condition of electric induction furnace melt.The process to produce composition QT450-10 cast using a great deal waste steel was defined.
