摘要 研制开发了用于焊接铝合金薄板的逆变式交流脉冲MIG焊接系统 ,并对其工艺特点进行了探讨。随着EN极性比率增高 ,焊丝熔化系数增大 ,热输入减少 ,熔深变浅 ,余高增加。这些特征有效地解决了薄板焊接的烧穿问题 ,扩大了可焊接头间隙的范围 ,减少了焊接变形 。 An AC pulsed MIG welding system is developed for welding thin sheets of Al-Mg alloys and the process features are investigated. Advantages such as great wire melting coefficient, low heat input, shallow penetration and big reinforcement height are obtained at high electrode negative ratio. These features successfully solve the burn through problem in welding thin sheet joints and greatly improve the bridging ability of wide gap joints. Thin sheet joints can be welded with high speed and small distortion. $$$$
