变形Fe-Nb-C合金的室温至180℃内耗 被引量:4

THE INTERNAL FRICTION OF DEFORMED Fe-Nb-C ALLOYS IN THE RANGE FROM ROOM TEMPERATURE TO 180 ℃

摘要 测量了700℃ ,30min水冷后变形Fe-Nb-C合金室温至180℃的内耗,发现除Snoek峰外,合金在此温度区还有阻尼峰.测量了合金经过980℃,2 h中间处理样品的内耗,并给出变形及室温原位时效的汽车钢ST14与BPH340的内耗结果.认为Fe-Nb-C合金的变形“ B”峰,是被饱和Cottrell气团碳原子团簇钉扎的位错段拖曳碳的稀 Cottrell气团运动引起的,是合金在变形时碳原子稀Cottrell气团择优分布在位错上的结果. The RT-180℃ internal frictions of the Fe-(<0.05%-0.43%)Nb-(0.036%-0.125%)C alloys deformed after holding at 700℃ for 30 min and quenching in water were measured. It was found that besides the Snoek peak, there is a damping peak in this range of temperature. The internal frictions of the deformed specimens undergoing a medial treatment at 980℃ for 2 h and then cooled rapidly by splashing water were also measured. The internal friction results of the two type automobile steels which were deformed and/or further in situ aged at room temperature were given too. It is considered that the deformation peak of the Fe-Nb-C alloys is the so-called B peak, and caused by a movement of the dislocations dragged by the carbon atom diluted Cottrell atmosphere, and pinned by the clusters of the carbon atom saturated Cottrell atmosphere. These dilute atmospheres preferentially occupied at dislocation can be produced in the deformed alloys.
