摘要
从理论上推导出了变形功、冷却速度、无形变时的晶粒尺寸与有形变时的晶粒尺寸之间的关系,计算值与实验值吻合较好.研究结果表明:对于具有相变的金属及合金,通过控制变形前组织,增大变形前冷却速度,提高变形功,可使金属组织得到有效的细化.
The relationships between deformation work and grain size, cooling speed and transformation temperature during steel processing were established theoretically. All calculated results are in good agreement with those from experiments for Q235 steel, and show that the microstructure of Q235 steel can be refined through controlling original structure, increasing cooling speed before deformation and deformation work in the steel processing.
