摘要
运用市场营销学中的产品寿命周期理论 ,对我国硬质合金行业在加入“WTO”后 ,必须加大科技创新能力的重要性和迫切性进行了论证。同时 ,就企业如何提升科技创新能力发表了作者的观点和意见。
With the use of theory of the life cycle of product, this paper discusses the importance and instancy of promoting innovation ability of science and technology after the accession of CHINA to 'WTO'. Meanwhile the writer expresses his opinion of about how to improve the ability of innovation in this paper.
