摘要
在高温合金剩余寿命预测理论研究的基础上 ,研制了一套红外热成像在线剩余寿命评估系统 ,实现了裂解炉管方便而快捷的在线检测与评估。研究结果在某厂鲁姆斯SRT Ⅳ型乙烯裂解炉管上得到成功应用 ,在运行状况下进行了炉管表面温度场的红外热像测试和剩余寿命预测 ,为厂方决策提供了科学依据。
A software system for on line estimation of the remaining life of ethylene cracking furnace tubes based on Larson Miller method and infrared image as well as the databases of material properties has been established. Not only the remaining life and damage mechanism can be given by the statistical analysis of temperatures, but also total operation of the furnace can be given confidently by comparing tube results. The on line statistical analysis method for the remaining life has been realized by the software. It has been applied to the ethylene cracking furnace tubes and has provided a criterion for factory decision.
