胎儿大脑不同区域新皮质组织发生的形态学研究Ⅰ.皮质板和边缘带 被引量:1

A Morphologic study on the Neopallial Histogenesis in Different Cerebral Regions of Human Fetus.Ⅰ. Study on Conical Plate and marginal Zone

摘要 对11至38周20例胎儿的额前区、运动区、枕区、颞区、岛区五处的大脑新皮质的组织发生,作光镜研究。其中对11至22周胎儿端脑的皮质板和边缘带及24至38周胎儿大脑皮质的六层结构进行了形态学观察和比较,以探讨胎儿大脑新皮质发育的规律。结果表明:(1)11周胎儿五个脑区的脑室壁中,皮质板均已发育;(2)皮质板在发育过程中,有两个生长高峰期,在各脑区中,高峰期出现的时间有差异;(3)岛区的皮质板发育最早,枕区和颞区最晚;(4)边缘带的发育与皮质板的发育同步。 Twenty human fetuses ranging from 11 to 38 weeks of fetal age were used to study theneopallial histogensis. Conical plate and marginal zone in prefrontal area,motor area,temporal area,occipital area and insula of the fetuses ranging from 11 to 22 weeks and the layers ofcerebral cortex in all the five areas of fetuses ranging from 24 to 38 weeks were observed.The results indicated (1)At the 11 weeks of fetal age,the conical plate has already very clearin all the five areas. (2) There appear two growth spurts during the development of conicalplate and the time of growth spurts is different in different areas. (3)The conical plate in insula develops earlier than that in other areas. (4)The development of marginal zone coincideswith the development of conical plate.
