新型合金铸铁模具的性能研究

摘要 模具是玻璃制品的主要成形工具,模具的内腔质量是决定玻璃制品的表面质量和生产率的重要因素。随着玻璃制品高速行列机的采用,要求有高精度模具配套,但目前国内的模具材质质量不稳定,易起氧化皮,表面光洁度差,使用寿命短,已不能满足制造高精度模具的要求,为适应模具生产的发展,新研制出一种SMRI-87型合金铸铁,其金相组织、耐热性能均能符合要求,且国内资源丰富,价格低廉,生产工艺简便。 This paper is concerned with SMRI-87 alloy cast iron which has dense texture with tensile strength σb=25.51~25.78Kg/mm2,modulns of rupture σbb=47.12~48.19Kg/mm2, hardness HB = 204~216, good resistance to oxidation, size stability and thermal fatigue behaviour, all of which are remarkably bettor than those of grey cast iron and therefore, suitable for glass mould. The advantages of this kind of mould includo: resistant to oxidation and abrasion, easy for maintenance and repair, excellent welding behaviour with 101 alloy welding powder and long service life.Trial production of 640 ml beer bottle with such alloy cast iron mould shows that the service life of this mould lasts 72 days with 650, 000 cycles per mould, which is double or triple longer than that of CrMoCu mould.
