心淋巴流阻断急性期冠状动脉结构的观察

The Effect of Acute Cardiac Lymphostasis on the Walls of Coronary Arteries

手术方法阻断羊心淋巴引流后，于急性期内用光、电镜观察冠状动脉主干、前室间支和心壁内小动脉的结构改变。光镜下发现动脉壁水肿，外膜及其周围组织淋巴管扩张，炎性细胞浸润；电镜下可见动脉壁内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞超微结构破坏。结果表明心淋巴引流障碍急性期内可造成冠状动脉壁病理改变。

Surgical blockade of cardiac lymph drainage was performed in goats to examine the effect of cardiac lymphostasis on the coronary arteries.Histopathologic changes of the left and right coronary arteries and their branches were detected systematicaly by light and electron microscopy 3 to 14 days after the operation.Light microscopy showed edema in the tunica media and adventitia with dilated lymph vessles,and fibrosis in the adventitia and perivascular tissue.Degeneration of the smooth muscle cells and the endothelial cells in the arterial walls was verified by electron microscopy.These findings surpport that cardiac lymphostasis may give rise to the genesis and progression of coronary arteriopathies.
