摘要
采用ＷＧＡ－ＨＲＰ和ＨＲＰ逆行追踪法，对２０只ＳＤ大鼠下丘脑向嗅球的投射进行了观察。在同侧下丘脑视前大细胞核均观察到较多的酶标记细胞；同侧下丘脑外侧核和室周核常出现少量酶标记细胞；偶见同侧下丘前核、乳头体外侧核、下丘脑腹内侧核前部、背内侧核腹侧部及弓状核出现少量酶标记细胞。
The projections of the hypothalamus to the olfactory bulb were studied in 20 SD rats with WGA-HRP and HRP methods. 48 hr and 28 hr after HRP injection,the labelled neurons all appeared in some nuclei of the ipsilateral hypothalamus, as: many labelled cells appeared in magnocellular preoptic nucleus, a small amount of cells in thelateral hypothalamic nucleus and periventricular hypothalamic nucleus and occasional cells in the anterior hypothalamic nucleus, lateral mammillary nucleus, the anterior part of ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus,the ventral part of dorsomedial hypothalamic nucleus or arcuate nucleus.
