十二指肠大乳头的扫描电镜形态特征

A Scanning Electron Microscopic Study of the Morphological Feature of the Major Duodenal Papilla

对３例成人十二指肠大乳头进行扫描电镜观察。结果为大乳头口附近的粘膜皱襞呈纵横交错，并围成大小不等的窦腔。本文从胚胎发生及临床应用进行了讨论。

The major duodenal papillae were observed with scanning electron microscope in three human specimens,in order to study its stereo-morphological feature.The Mucosa near the papilla opening appearred logitudinal.transverse or crossed folds,therefore sinuses were surrounded by them,The shape and size of the sinuses which directed to the duodenal cavity,were different.The author suggests that mucosal folds near the papilla opening were the mucosal folds of the common channel which were observed in embroy.Its developmental and clinical significance were discussed.
