摘要
昆明种健康成年（4—5月）雄性小鼠17只，随机分为给药组10只和对照组7只。用五味子水煎剂为给药组小鼠灌胃30天，取睾丸作常规石蜡切片，组织学观察；并用体视学方法测量睾丸曲细精管直径。结果显示：五味子使睾丸重量增加了57．1％，使由细精管直径增加了41％，并且光镜下生精细胞的层数及精子的数量有所增加。以上结果提示五味子有促进精子发生的作用。
17 adult(4-5 month)male mice of Kunming species were randomly divided into two groups.10 served as experiment group,and 7 used as control group.The experiment mice was perfused with Schizandra Chinensis decoction into their stomach for 30 days.Testicular sec tions were prepared,and testicular morphololgy was observed.The diameters of the seminif erous tubules were measured.The results showed:Schizandra Chinensis significantly in creased the testicular weight by 57.1% and the diameters of the seminiferous tubules by 41%.and the spermatogenic epithelium were thickened under the light microscope.The re sults suggested that Schizandra Chinensis could enhance spermatogenesis in mice.
