摘要
本文采用活性电泳方法对小白鼠动情周期各个时期子宫蛋白酶进行了研究。结果发现:(1)子宫中蛋白酶主要为中性蛋白酶和酸性蛋白酶。碱性蛋白酶种类少,活性弱。(2)子宫中105kd、94kd的中性蛋白酶和67kd的酸性蛋白酶随小白鼠的动情周期而发生明显改变。
The G-PAGE was used to analyze the changes of uterine protelnases at each stage of the estrous cycle in mice . The results showed that :(1)The proteinase in mouse uterus as mainly neutral and acidic proteinases.Only a few was bosic proteinases.(2)The neutral proteinases with molecular weights of 105kd and 94kd,and the acidic proteinase with molecular weight of 67kd all had obvious cyclic change during the estrous cycle.
