桡骨下段骨皮质厚度的X线观测

Investigations of Thickness of Distal Radial Cortical Bone

作者对成都地区104个正常人（男52，女52）左侧手腕部后前位X线片上的桡骨下段的骨横径加骨皮质厚度进行了观测。每个骨选定5个测量点，每两个相邻测量点间距离0．5cm。结果：桡骨下段最大骨横径，男性为30．64±1．98mm，女性为26．95±1．68mm；男性明显大于女性（P＜0．001）。5个测量点处的骨横径，从近例至远侧，男性依次是17．98±1．69mm、19．37±1．62mm、21．60±1．71mm、24．92±1．65mm和27．62±1．56mm；女性依次是1675±1．50mm、18．18±1．55mm、20．18±1．42mm、23．20±1．45mm和25．45±1．53mm。内、外侧骨皮质厚度之和（即骨皮质厚度），从近侧至远侧，男性依次是4．42±0．64mm、3．94±0．55mm、3．18±0．49mm、2．43±0．53mm和1．27±0．39mm；女性依次是4.00±0.58mm、3．50±0．58mm、2．72±0．63mm、1．95±0．54和1．21±0．27mm。5个测量点处的骨横径和骨皮质厚度，都是男性明显大于女性（P＜0.01）。结果表明，无论是男性或女性，烧骨下段从近侧至远侧端，骨横径明显增大（P＜0．005）；而骨皮质厚度侧明显变薄（P＜0．01）。桡骨下段骨横径变大而骨皮质变薄，这可能也是桡骨下段易发生骨折的原因之一。

The transverse diameterand thickness of the distal radius were measured in 104 personson thc X-ray film. Five points were measured on each bone. The maximal values of transe-verse diameter at distal radius were 30. 64mm for men and 26. 95mm for women. The valuefor men was larger than that for women(Pwt0. 001). The average values of transverse dianyeter of the five points from proximal to distavt were 17. 98mm, 19. 37mm. 21. 60mm, 24.92mm and 27. 62mm for men, and 16. 75mm, 18. 18mm、20. 18mm、23. 20mm and 25. 45mmfor women. The average values of thickness of the cortical bone of distal radius from proxi-mal to distalt vere 4. 42mm, 3. 94mm, 3. 18mm, 2. 43mm and 1. 27mm for men, and 4.00mm, 3. 50mm, 2. 72mm, 1. 95mm and 1. 21mm for women. The results indicated that thevalues of transverse diameter at distal radius from the proximal to distalt increased obviously(P<0. 005 ). but the thickness of distal radial cortical bone decreased remarkedly(P<0. 01 ).It may be one of the causes of the Colles fracture.Keyswords: Radius Bony thickness Cortical bone X-Ray
