摘要
本文用B型超声显像仪对36例药物引产的孕妇进行探察,测出胎儿股骨、肱骨、胫骨、尺骨、腓骨、桡骨的长度。胎儿娩出后,解剖出以上各骨,用游标卡尺测出其最大长和骨化干长.经统计学分析表明:1.股骨、肱骨、胫骨、尺骨的B超测值与解剖测值(骨化干长)间无显著差异;腓骨和桡骨的这两种测值存有差异(P<0.20);2.B超测值与实地解剖之最大长间有十分显著的正相关关系,并计算出了回归方程,可用于以各骨的B超测值推算出该骨之最大长,也可用于判断引产胎儿的胎龄。
The length of fetal limb long bones on 36 pregnant women were taken by βultrasound,and the maximun length of the same fetal bones and their ossified diaphyseal length of the same fetuses after labored were measured directly by remier caliper. The statistical analysis indicated that: 1. The length of femur. humerus, tibia and ulna from B-ultras0und and dia-physis ossification length from remier caliper was no significant different, but that of fibula and radius was significant different(P<0. 20). 2. The length measured by B-ultrasound and direct measure correlates positively. The regression equations were obtained. This result bridges the estimation of fetal age on induced labor fetuses.
