颈椎间隙的应用解剖学研究

An Applied Anatomical Study of the Cervical Vertebral Space

在 32具成人尸体 (男、女各半 )的正中矢状断面上 ,对脊柱 C2 - T1 段 ,观测了相邻椎体前缘、中份及后缘之间的距离 ,并解剖了左、右侧椎间孔 ,测量出椎间孔的最大垂直高度及最大宽度。结果 :椎体间间隙的高度 :前缘为 3.48～ 5.38mm,中点为 4.84～ 7.1 4 mm,后缘为 3.0 5～ 3.84mm;椎间孔的高度为 7.0 0～ 8.1 0 mm,宽度为 5.0 0～ 7.35mm。本文对颈部病变的影像诊断和临床手术提供解剖学依据。

The cervical vertebral space was studied in the median sagittal section of the cervical vertebral column(C 2～T 1) in 32 adult cadavers(male 16,female 16).The distance between anterior bordes, middle point and posterior borders of neighboring vertebral space was measured. The maximum height and width of intervertebral foramina were measured. The results showed:The height of the space for intervertebral disc was 3.48～5.38mm at anterior border,4.84～7.14mm in the middle,3.05～3.84mm at posterior border;The intervertebral foramina was 7.00～8.10mm in height,5.00～7.35mm in width. This quantitative analysis of the cervical vertebral space may provide anatomical basis for clinical imaging diagnosis of the cervical diseases.
