摘要
目的 研究重组人白细胞介素 -Ⅱ (recombinanthumaninterleukin -Ⅱ ,rhIL -2 )抗肉瘤 180 (S180 ) ,黑色素瘤 (B16) ,肝癌 (H2 2 )及艾氏腹水癌 (EAC)的作用。方法 建立小鼠体内荷B16、S180 、H2 2 及EAC模型 ,测定rhIL -2的抑瘤率和生命延长率。结果 rhIL -2具有明显的抗肿瘤作用 ,在剂量为 10万IU/(kg·d)腹腔注射 (ip)对S180 和B16的抑瘤率分别依次为 5 5 4%和 5 3 0 % ;对H2 2 及EAC的生命延长率分别依次为 15 3 7%及 10 0 7%。结论 rhIL -2对动物体内移植性肿瘤 (S180 、B16、H2 2 、EAC)的生长均具有明显的抑制作用。
Objective This paper concerns the antitumor activity of recombinant human interleukin-Ⅱ(rhIL-2)on sarcoma 180(S 180 )、melenoma(B 16 ),hepatic cancer(H 22 ) and Ehrlich ascitece carcinoma(EAC).Method Antitumor activity of rhIL-2 was determinded by means of transplantable tumor(S 180 ,B 16 ,H 22 ,and EAC) in mice and measurement the tumor inhibitary rate and increase rate in life spen.Results It was shown that rhIL-2 has obcious antitumor activity.Tumor inhibitary rate of 10 ten thousand unit/(kg·d) for 11 days intraperitoneal(ip)rhIL-2 on S 180 and B 16 was 55.4% and 53.0% respectively;and increase rate in life spen on H 22 and EAC was 153.7% and 100.7% respectively.Conclusion rhIL-2 has potential antitumor effect on S 180 ,B 16 ,H 22 and EAC.
