肿瘤特异生长因子(TSGF)和CA15-3联合检测在晚期乳腺癌化疗中的意义

Application of Determination of TSGF and CA15-3 in Chemotherapy of Advanced Breast Cancer

目的 探讨TSGF (TumorSpecificGrowthFactor)和CA15 -3联合检测在晚期乳腺癌治疗中的应用价值。方法 72例晚期乳腺癌化疗前、后及 1年内检测TSGF和CA15 -3浓度值。结果 TSGF和CA15 -3联合检测准确可靠 ,对复发与转移的敏感性高达94 9% ,明显高于单项检测。化疗有效率为 47 2 % ,与WHO评定标准相符。结论 TSGF和CA15 -3联合检测对晚期乳腺癌的诊断、疗效观察、复发与转移的早期发现及预后具有重要意义 。

Objective To explore the advantage of TSGF (Tumor Specific Growth Factor)and CA15-3 in the chemotherapy of advanced breast cancer.Methods 72 patients with advanced breast cancer were measured in the level of TSGF and CA15-3 in serum before chemotherapy,after chemotherapy and in the first year (third,sixth and twelveth month),respectively.Results The level of TSGF and CA15-3 is reliable.The positive rate was 94.9%,superior to the single one.The level of TSGF and CA15-3 in serum increased in patients with metastastic and recurrent after chemotherapy was the earlier diagnosis.Conclusions TSGF and CA15-3 play an important role in diagnosis,observation of curative effect,detection of metastatics and recurrence and prognosis of advanced breast cancer.It deserved to be recommended.
