复方维A酸乳膏质量标准研究

Studies on the quality specification of compound tretinoin cream

目的 :确定复方维 A酸乳膏质量标准。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对复方维 A酸乳膏中的维 A酸进行了定性分析 ,对处方中的维生素 B6、Cl- 进行了理化鉴别 ;用紫外分光光度法测定了维 A酸的含量。结果 :平均回收率 99.92 % ,RSD =0 .90 % (n =10 )。结论 :本法可用于控制复方维 A酸乳膏的质量。

Objective: To establish a TLC method for determination of compound tretinoin. Methods: The qualitative of tretinoin determined in compound tretinoin cream by TLC, and vitamin B_6 and Cl - in the preparation were also identified. The content of tretinoin in the preparation was determined by UV-spectrophotometry. Results: The average recovery was 99.92%, the RSD was 0.90%(n=10). Conclusion: The methods was suitable for the quality control of compound tretinoin cream.
