摘要 本文作者总结多年医院经营管理经验,结合当前医疗改革现状,提出将医院的品牌、核心技术、社会信誉度、与国际接轨等十六个经营管理要素,通过医院管理者的有效整合并运用到医院实际运作中,以小谋大,以弱求强。集中自身优势,回避客观和主观上的不利因素并在发展中将矛盾合理转化,从而使自己所管理经营的医院在激烈的医疗市场竞争中做到“先入为主,崇拜现实,迷信市场,焊接人才,追求简单和回归创新。”这也就是本文作者所提出的新世纪医院经营发展中的整合战略。 In summarizing his years of experience in the operation management of hospitals, combining current conditions for the medical reform, the author of this article intends to bring up 16 operation management elements, including hospitals branding, core technology, social credit and being in line with international practices/ standards, to be effectively integrated by hospital managers and used in actual operations for the purpose of growth and strengthening. It is the integrating strategy for the operation and development for hospitals in the new millennium, brought up by the author of this article, that managers of hospitals should muster their own advantages, dodge adverse elements, objective or subjective, conduct reasonable transformation of conflicts during the course of development so that their hospitals may ' take the lead, worship the reality, believe in the market, retain talents, pursue simplicity and regress innovation' in the tough competition on the medical market.
