A Reflection on the problems in deepening hospital reform and the due countermeasures

医院在深化改革中面临着传统的服务方式受到挑战,固有的资产投资模式受到制约。医院要以确立医院的生存之道,提高参与竞争能力为对策,转变服务观念和效益观念,转变资产投资管理模式,实行股份制、责任制、公办民营,并采取渐进、配套、扶持、约束、鼓励等措施。

Many hospitals are facing various problems in the course of deepening reform, such as the challenge of the traditional medical service style and the restriction from the fixed hospital capital investment mode. Hospital managers should pay great attention to establishing survival methods and build competitive capability. For this purpose, the hospital managers shall change their minds to service - and effectiveness - oriented, change the capital investment mode, introduce shareholding system, responsibility system and/or the mode of State ownership and private operation, and carry out some corresponding measures such as stable phasing progression, coordinated reform scheme as well as supports from the State policies, supervisions from administration mechanisms and encouragement from mass media.
