强调随着科学技术迅速发展,强化检验质量管理,推行全程质控的十分重要和必要。介绍了该院从加强管理、提高人员素质、严格规章制度入手,使临床检验微机化、制度化、规范化、标准化取得良好成效。
With the rapid development of science and technology, it is essential to strengthen administration of lab test quanglity and to carry out total quality control. The authors' hospital started with strengthening management, improving personnel quality and reinforcing bylaws. They have obtained considerable achievements in computerization, institutionalization, regularization and standardization of clinical lab tests management.
