影响重型颅脑损伤死亡率的相关因素分析(附207例报告)

Analysis of factors influencing the mortality of severe traumatic brain injured patients(report of 207cases).

目的研究影响重型颅脑损伤的死亡率的因素。方法对207例重型颅脑损伤患者作回顾性调查分析。结果重型颅脑损伤死亡率44.4%,年龄、GCS评分、脑疝、严重脑挫裂伤、脑肿胀、血压、血糖等因素均与死亡率相关。结论年龄增大、GCS评分低、脑疝形成、严重脑挫裂伤、脑肿胀、低血压、缺氧、高血糖等均显著增加死亡率。

Objective To find out the factors influencing the mortality of severe traumatic brain injured patients.Methods Retrospective data from207traumatic brain injured patients were analyzed.Results The mortality of these patients was44.4%.Patient'sage,brain herni-ation,severe cerebral contusion,blood presure,glycermia were found to be correlated with their mortality.Conclusion Patient'selder age,brain herniation,severe cerebral contusion,hypotension,hypoxia and hyperglycermia increase their mortality siginificantly.[
