基层医院重型颅脑损伤病人规范化治疗探讨

An initial study on the standard treatment of severe head injury at county hospital.

目的探讨基层医院重型颅脑损伤(SevereHeadInjury,SHI)病人规范化治疗的有效策略,以降低病人死亡率。方法1999.9～2001.10运用我院现有的医疗技术和设备,对86例重型颅脑损伤病人进行了院前急救、急诊室复苏、早期手术及专科监护室加强治疗等规范化治疗。结果全组86例病人中66例行手术治疗,全组死亡22例,死亡率为25.6%。结论重视院前急救、加强急诊室抢救、及时CT检查、早期手术及术后专科监护室加强治疗可提高重型颅脑损伤病人救治成功率。

Objective To explore the effective strategies for the standard treatment of severe head injury at county hispital.Methods Retrospective study has been done on the standard treatment of severe head injury for86cases(1999.9to2001.10).Results66cases were peroperated on in the total86cases of whom22cases died(25.6%).Conclusion Actively prehospital emergency treatment,quick resuscitation,early CT scan,timely operation,ICU monitoring and postoperative treatment ,which are conducive to reducing the mortality of severe head injury,can be preferred at county hospital.[
