摘要
对江黄颡鱼 ( Pseudobagrusvachelli Richardson)的人工繁殖进行了初步试验。先用 LRH-A2 预备针催熟 ,再用 1 mg PG+2 .5 mg DOM+3.5μg LRH-A2 混合催产 ,水温 2 4~ 2 7℃下 ,效应时间为 2 0~2 4 h,产卵率可达 97%。采用等渗液稀释磨碎的精巢 ,经人工授精 ,受精率达 70 %。采用塑料网片粘卵 ,在孵化环道内孵化 ,孵化率达 94 %。此外 。
Experiments on artificial propagation of Pseudobagrus vachelli were preliminarily conducted in the present study. LRH A 2 was injected as a pretreatment to induce maturation of the parent fish. Compared with the other treatments, the man made hormone combination of 1 mg PG+ 2.5 mg DOM+3.5 μg LRH A 2 achieved the best results : the spawning rate was up to 97%. The effective time varied from 20 to 24hrs at the water temperature of 24~27℃. By the method of artificial insemination with the semen in iso osmotic solution, the fertilization rate reached 70%. With fertilized eggs attached to net pieces and hatched in circular facilities, the hatching rate was 94%. A total of 552000 larvae were yielded. In addition, the natural reproductive ecology of this species was discussed in the paper.
