20 0 0~ 2 0 0 1年的研究表明 ,在花生盛花末期喷施 1 0 %多·甲可湿性粉剂对花生安全 ,能够有效控制花生徒长 ,提高单株结果数、饱果率等 ,增加荚果产量 ;喷施多·甲可湿性粉剂对花生外观品质及籽仁中粗蛋白、粗脂肪的含量等没有明显影响 ,可溶性糖的含量增加 ,油酸 /亚油酸比值提高 ,有利于提高籽仁的内在品质。在花生上应用以 1 2 0~ 1 65ga .i./hm2 为适宜用量 ,控长、增产效果最为显著 ,增产幅度为 9.0 3 %~ 1 3 .2 6% ,用量超过 1 65 ga .i./hm2 ,对花生的控长作用增强 ,但容易导致花生早衰 ,加重后期叶部病害程度 。
Field tests and laboratory experiments on effect of Duojia 10%WP, with paclobutrazol and mepiquat chloride as the active ingredients, on peanut were conducted during 2000~2001. At peanut late full flowering stage, spraying Duojia 10% WP at the rate of 750~2250g a.i./ha was safe for peanut. The results showed that peanut excessive growth was controlled, while No. pod per plant, full-pod rate and pod yield increased after spraying Duojia. Duojia did not have significant effect on peanut seed protein content, fat content, and external quality characters, while slightly decreased the seed soluble sugar content and the O/L ratio. Duojia should not be used at more than 165g a.i./ha, otherwise it could cause premature decay and have disadvantages to yield increase. The rates of 120~165g a.i./ha are suitable dosage for peanut with good control of excessive growth and significant yield increases.
