分析了黄土高原在西部大开发中的重要战略意义以及由此产生的新的环境生态问题 ,在对国土整治方略和生态重建的理论与观点进行研究的基础上 。

Through analyzing the importance of loess plateau in west exploitation and the problems in environment and ecology caused by the exploitation.Based on the theory and viewpoint about soil renovation and ecology reconstruct, this paper brought forward some new strateges and advice on loess plateau's exploitation and renovation under new stuation.
