农技推广机构是连接科研机构以及政府部门和农民间的桥梁纽带。在现行推广机构中教育培训的主要方式有 :成人学历教育、“绿色证书”培训、实用技术培训。

Instition for agricultural technology extension is the bridge conecting scientific research institutes,governmental departments,and farmers.At present,the principal education ways in technology extension institution are adult diploma education,'Green Certificate ' education,practical technical education,and continuing education to professional technology extension staffs.
