林业发展的形势、问题和任务

On the Situation, Problems and Mission of Forestry Developmant

以国内外林业发展形势为背景 ,指出在林业正确定位后主要的问题是森林经营如何到位、森林经营如何转型 ,文章特别针对南方集体林区存在的问题 ,提出了若干带有方向性的解决途径。

Taking the development situation of domestic and foreign forestry as the backgroud, it is pointed out the key problem is, affter forestry was given a right position, how the forest management to work well, and how to transform. Especially, in accordance with the existing problems in commune-owned forest area of south China, some directional solutions are presented in this paper.
