摘要
分析了玉溪市红塔区水土流失的现状和引起水土流失的自然与人为因素。提出了红塔区水土保持生态环境建设的原则、目标和阶段任务 ,以及开展水土保持的相应治理措施。
The situation of soil and water loss and its natural and human causes of formation in Hongta district of Yuxi city are analyzed. The principle, objective and phase control task of the eco environmental construction of soil and water conservation, together with the appropriate control, monitoring and preventative countermeasures are put forward.
