摘要
运用系统科学的思想和观点认识、分析水土保持综合效益这一十分复杂的问题 ,从水土保持经济学形成的实践机制、理论基础、技术机理等方面对水土保持经济学的基本性质及研究内容进行了分析探讨 。
After analyzing the complexity of comprehensive benefits of soil and water conservation by using the theory of system science, the fundamental character and content of soil and water conservation economics are discussed from practical mechamism, theoretical basis, and technical mechanism. The discussion will contribute to a scientific understanding of the branch.
