摘要
文章介绍了甘肃省地勘局属地化管理时的现状 ,分析了甘肃省地勘局体制改革的条件和采取的主要措施 ,总结了体制改革所取得的初步成效 ,并穿插了作者对地勘体制改革的认识。
The paper introduces current situation of Gan Su Geological Prospecting Bureau after its localized management, and it analyses requirements and main measures that the bureau's system restructuring need to be taken. The paper also summaries the achievements in the restructuring and it involves the author's realization about geological prospecting system restructuring.
