摘要
风险投资是当前科技领域最具活力的资本运营方式 ,风险投资产业健康发展的关键环节在于风险投资的“退出”是否顺畅。公开上市虽然是风险投资退出的最理想方式 ,但在目前我国风险投资退出的现实途径只能是买壳或借壳上市、股权交易、海外上市、并购与回购、资产清算等。
Risk investment is the most vigorous way of capital operation in the fields of science at present. Whether it's withdrawn successfully or not is key for its healthy development. The paper also analyses practical channel of withdrawing from risk investment in China.
