4、5月份气象因子对二棱啤酒大麦千粒重的影响

摘要 大麦籽粒千粒重的形成,除其本身遗传性以外,和环境条件有着密切关系。大麦籽粒千粒重的高低直接影响啤酒工业的经济效益。据河北孙连奎报道,北方各啤酒厂对籽粒精选及分级试验资料液明,酿造啤酒籽粒出酒量取决于精选率(指标筛孔筛选大麦籽粒重量占总重的比例)和干物质浸出率(大麦籽粒浸出物质占种子重量的比例),千粒重每增加8克左右,精选率提高5%,而精选率提高10%,每吨大麦可增加麦芽80—100公斤或鲜啤酒400~500升,此外,平均千粒重每增加9%,平均干物质浸出率增加12.5%。由此可见,大粒性状是啤酒大麦重要品质指标之一。 Effects of meteorological factors on 1000-grai weight in Anhui Province were analysed quantitatively on the basis of the 1000-grain weight of two-rowed malting barley and the meteorological data with a total of 35 station years. The results of path coefficient analysis as follows: Whether it was April & May or it was heading period to mature period, among the 3-meteorological factors, the sequence of the meteorological factors contribution to 1000-grain weight are: average duration of sunshine>average daily precipitation>average daily temperature. The contribution to 1000-grain weight of average duration of sunshine of April and May was different (P_(yx3.5)>P_(yx3.4)。
