2000年上海地区淋球菌对抗生素的敏感性测定 被引量:20

摘要 为了解上海地区淋球菌对抗生素的敏感性,2000年我们从上海地区分离出225株淋球菌流行株,使用琼脂平皿稀释法测定青霉素、四环素、头孢曲松、大观霉素、环丙沙星对淋球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),采用纸片酸度法对菌株作β-内酰胺酶测定。结果:225株淋球菌中产青霉素酶株(PPNG)84株(37.32%),质粒介导高度耐四环素株(TRNG)15株(6.67%),环丙沙星高度耐药株(MIC≥16mg/L)22株(9.33%),未发现对头孢曲松、大观霉素耐药菌株。对淋球菌进行持续的耐药监测,有助于了解流行菌株的耐药情况,为制定防治策略提供依据。上海地区宜首选大观霉素或头孢曲松治疗淋球菌感染。 To survey the antibiotic suscepitibity of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in Shanghai area,a total of 225 N.gonorrhoeae strains was isolated in Shanghai.Inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of penicillin, tetracycline, ceftriaxone , spectinomycin and ciprofloxacin to 225 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae were determined using the agar dilution method and β lactamase testing(perforomed with paper iodin quantitative method).The results showed that there were 84(37.32%) strains of penicillinase producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG) and 15(6.67%) strains of high level tetracycline resistant Neisseria gonorrhoese(TRNG). The high level ciprofloxacin resistant strains(MIC≥16mg/L) were 22(9.33%). No resistance strain to ceftriaxone and specitinomycin was found. The study suggested that spectinomycin or ceftriaxone is the first choice for the treatment of Neisseria gonorrhoeae infection in Shanghai. For prevention and treatment, it is important to survey successively the antibiotic suscepitibity of Neisseria gonorrhoeae.
