尖锐湿疣患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1浓度的变化 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨细胞间粘附分子表达与尖锐湿疣的关系,应用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测了77例尖锐湿疣患者及40例正常人血清中可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)浓度。结果显示尖锐湿疣患者血清中sICAM-1浓度较正常人明显增高。表明尖锐湿疣患者存在外周血sICAM-1浓度异常变化,sICAM-1表达增加可能与尖锐湿疣的发病有关。 To investigate the correlation between intercellular adhesion molecule expression and condyloma acuminatum(CA). Soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM 1) in serum taken from 77 patients with CA and 40 healthy controls was quantitated using a dual antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELLSA).The results showed that serum concentrations of sICAM 1 in patients with CA were significantly higher than those in normal controls(P< 0.01), no significantly difference was found between different disease duration groups. These results indicate that CA is associated with aberrations of sICAM 1 in peripheral blood, an elevated expression of sICAM 1 in serum in CA might be involved in the pathogenesis of CA.
