头面部血管肉瘤1例报告

A case of angiosarcoma on scalp and face

报道一例血管肉瘤。患者为70岁老年男性。临床表现为头皮及面部暗红色浸润性斑块伴自发破溃出血。组织病理检查提示血管肉瘤。同时,作了免疫组化研究。

A case of angiosarcoma was reported. The patient is a 70 year old man presented with multiple dark red plaques on his scalp and face characteristic of ulcer and bleeding. The histopathological examination suggests angiosarcoma. Immunohistochemical study was also performed.
