城市快速发展时期的城市设计

Urban Design in Fast Growing Period

作者主要分析了我国近期城市快速发展时期的特征、存在问题及其产生原因,提出了实施城市设计的必要性和紧迫性,认为在城市快速发展阶段,我们应该暂且搁置城市设计中的流派、概念之争,尽快把城市设计纳入规划管理体系,以最大程度的发挥城市设计的作用。

The article points out the ne-cessity and urgency of implementing ur-ban design through analyzing the factorsof rapid development of cities and its pro-ductive negative impacts in urban layoutand environment in China. It also ex-pounds that, when drawing up masterplan and regulatory plan, implement ideaof urban design make it a part of man-agement factors in accordance the fea-tures during urban rapid development.[
