摘要
系统分析T Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni合金管接头的形状记忆效应和连接性能,得到 了如下结论:管接头的形状恢复率随着预变形量的增加而降低,最大可恢复应变出现在4%~6%之间,预变形量为4.5%~8%时管接头的紧固力较大;热-机械训练可显著提高管接头的形状记忆效应和连接的紧固力;管接头的形状记忆效应随着其壁厚的增大而降低,管接头壁厚有一个合理的取值范围,可使其连接的紧固力较大;管接头连接长度越长,管接头的紧固力越小.
The recovery characters of pipe-joint made form Fe-17Mn- 5Si- 10Cr-5Ni shape memory alloy were studied systematically. The recovery ratio reduces with increasing per-strain and the maximal recovery strain appears when pre-strain is 4% ~ 6%. When pre-strain is 4.5% ~ 8%, the connecting of pipe-joint shows bigger tight force. The shape memory effect and tight force of the pipe-joint can improve remarkably with thermalmechanical training. The recovery ratio and recovery strain reduces with increasing thickness of pipe-joint. With a reasonable range in thickness of pipe-joint, the tight force in connecting of pipe-joint is higher. With increasing length of jointing, in the connecting of pipe-joint the tight force reduces.
