在分析了各种路网评价的基础上，提出了一种新的基于模糊理论和层次分析理论的公路网综合评价新模型，此模型以模糊评价为主线，利用层次分析法构造指标体系及确定各项指标的权重，两者的结合使得评价结果更加精确、合理．并以峰峰矿区为例介绍了该模型的具体应用方法．

This paper puts forwards to a new comprehensive evaluation model of road network planning based on fuzzy theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). It bases on fuzzy evaluation and utilizes AHP to construct indexes system and ascertain significance of indexes, which make the results more accurate and reasonable. And introduces the application of this model by using the road network data of Fengfeng ore area as example.
