卤素离子与苯骈三氮唑协同成膜动力学的体声波传感技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用体声波传感技术就卤素离子与铜缓蚀剂——苯骈三氮唑( BTA)协同成膜的动力学及相应复合膜的稳定性进行了研究 .结果表明 ,卤素离子 ( F- ,Cl- ,Br- ,I- )中仅 I- 与 BTA具有协同效应 ,能有效地提高BTA的缓蚀效果和膜层稳定性 ,同时 ,对 The growth kinetics and the stability of synergistic films of benzotriazole (BTA) and halide ion (X -) were investigated by bulk acoustic wave (BAW) method.The results show that only I - in halide ions (F -,Cl -,Br -,I -) has synergistic effect with BTA and improves greatly the inhibition efficiency and film stability of BTA in 0.1M H 2SO 4 aqueous solution.Additionally,the film growth behavior of BTA is affected obviously by I - ion.
