摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定槟榔中的糖精、苯甲酸和山梨酸 ,选用C18柱 (柱温 30℃ ) ,以体积比为 30∶70的甲醇、磷酸缓冲液 (pH5·5 )混合液为流动相 ,在 2 30nm波长检测。该法研究了槟榔中糖精、苯甲酸和山梨酸的提取条件 ,其回收率分别为 95 8%~ 10 4 % ,最小检出限为 15、6。
A HPLC procedure for the assay of combind sweeting saccharin,Benzonic acid and sorbic acid in the areca with 4μm Nova-prak C 18 .The methanel and 0.2mol/L phosphate buffer pH5.5(30∶70) mixture is used as niobile phase and the UV detector wavelength is 230nm.The detection limits for those three compounds are 15,6,2ng,and the spike recoveries for the dectection are in the ranges of 95.8%~104%.
