摘要
依据体育体制改革、市场经济和排球运动自身的发展规律 ,分析了影响我国排球运动走向职业化的主要因素 ,提出了相应的对策 。
Based on reformation of sports system,market-oriented economy,and law of the develpment of volleyball,the main factors of affecting volleyball professionalism in China were analsised,and countermeasures in the development of Chinese volleyball professionalism were put forward in order to offer theoretic references for reformation and development of volleyball in China.
