本文利用 38家西北地区上市公司的 1999年财务指标数据 ,运用模糊聚类分析方法对其进行聚类分析研究 ,并以多元统计中的判别分析方法对分类结果进行校验 。

Using Fazzy cluster method based on the finacial year statement in 1999 of 38 Joint stock campnies in the west of china,the paper gives the cluster results verified with discriminant analysis, which may be provide some scientific guidance for the investors and management of the companies.
