征地红线面积的精密计算方法与精度分析

由于城市地价一般都较高,所以精确计算征地红线内的面积就显得非常重要. 面积计算的方法有许多种,各种计算方法的概略精度通常是根据经验估计. 论文推导了解析法计算征地面积的误差公式,用实例比较了解析法与CAD法的差异,对城市征地工作有一定的参考价值.

Because of great price of the land in city, it is highly important to precisely calculate the area within the red line. These are many methods of calculating area whose approximate precision usually is estimated by empirical formula. In the paper the precision estimation formula of area within the red line for the analytical method was derived. A practical example is used for comparing the differences between the analytical method and CAD method. It is our hope that this work will be helpful for works of imposing land in city.
