摘要
采用正交实验法 ,在搅拌和催化剂存在下 ,以乳酸、铝粉等为原料 ,合成了乳酸铝 ,优选出最佳反应工艺条件为 :反应时间 14h ,w(乳酸 ) =0 .10 ,反应温度 10 5℃ ,n(乳酸 ) /n(铝 ) =3.0 2 5。转化率达 95 .1%,纯度达 10 0 %。并对产品进行了测试。
Under stirring and catalyst,aluminium lactate was synthesized with lactate and aluminium as its raw and processed malerials.Orthogonalizing design was adopted.And the best technological conditions were selected:reaction time= 14 h,w(lacticacid) = 0.10,reaction temperatures= 105 ℃,n(lactic acid):n(aluminium) = 3.025.The transform was 95.1%,the purity =100%.And aluminium lactate was measured.
