摘要
介绍了果仁食品的品种、加工现状、消费情况 ,论述了果仁食品的营养价值、保健与食疗功能及相应的作用机理 ,并介绍了几种具体的食疗例证。提出果仁食品开发。
The kind,production and consumptioner of kernel food were introduced.The niutrion value,the function of health protection and the dietotherapy role were discussed.The dietotherapy illustration of some kinde of kernel foods was introduced.The direction and propects of kernel food development and processing were made.
