During the terminating period of risk projects, a risk investment company will choose a proper receding way to withdraw its risk investment and conduct the final evaluation on the risk project. The paper proposes some optional channels to recede from the risk project through comparing the characteristics of different receding options, and referring to the investment size of the risk project, the annual average interest and the varying tendencies of the annual interest.
